In this 3 session group coaching package, we will address mindset, lifestyle and diet so that you can clarify your health and well-being goals, and implement steps towards them. By the end of the 3 sessions, the goal is to get you to: Discover how to stop reaching for chocolate, biscuits and cake so you can eat more healthfully without feeling deprived Be well on your way to improved energy levels and feeling better about yourself Find balance to counteract overwhelm.
